If you’d like to exchange or return an item, just send us a DM on our official Instagram page with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a tracking number on your email.

 

If there’s an issue

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and your receipt.
Requests after 48 hours won’t be accepted.

Exchange

Exchanges are available within 3 days from delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, with all tags attached.

A clear photo of the item and receipt is required before approval.
Exchanges are done through shipping (shipping fees apply) and depend on availability.

Refund

Refund requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging with tags.

Refunds are processed after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale Items

Exchanges are only allowed within 2 days from delivery.
Subject to availability.
No refunds on discounted items or bundles.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 4–7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Exchange and refund requests are processed within 5–10 working days.

إذا كنتِ ترغبين في الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يُرجى إرسال رسالة مباشرة على صفحتنا الرسمية على إنستجرام مع تفاصيل الطلب، وسيقوم فريقنا بمساعدتك في الخطوات التالية.

بمجرد إتمام الطلب، سيتم إرسال رقم التتبع على بريدك الإلكتروني.

في حالة وجود مشكلة

في حال استلام منتج تالف أو غير مطابق، يُرجى التواصل خلال 48 ساعة مع إرفاق صور واضحة للمنتج والإيصال.
لن يتم قبول الطلبات بعد هذه المدة.

الاستبدال

يُسمح بالاستبدال خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ التسليم.
يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، في حالته الأصلية وبالتغليف الأصلي مع جميع الملصقات.

يجب إرسال صورة واضحة للمنتج والإيصال قبل الموافقة.
يتم الاستبدال عبر الشحن فقط (تُطبق رسوم الشحن) وذلك حسب توفر المنتج.

الاسترجاع

يُسمح بطلب الاسترجاع خلال 3 أيام من الاستلام.
يجب إرجاع المنتج بحالته الأصلية وبالتغليف الأصلي مع الملصقات.

يتم تنفيذ الاسترجاع بعد الفحص.
رسوم الشحن غير مستردة.

المنتجات المخفضة

يُسمح بالاستبدال خلال يومين فقط من تاريخ التسليم.
حسب توفر المنتج.
لا يوجد استرجاع على المنتجات المخفضة أو العروض.
